Data Storage Overview

On Your Device Only

• Photos: Images you select for backgrounds never leave your device
• Generated receipts: Created and shared directly from your device
• App preferences: Local settings and customizations

On Our Servers (Supabase)

Account:

• Email address and user ID

Work Sessions:

• Start time and duration
• Keystroke count (not what you typed)
• Click count
• Mouse distance traveled
• Active application name

Claude Code Sessions:

• Message count
• Session count
• Tool call count
• (Never conversation content)

GitHub Activity:

• Commit, PR, and issue counts
• Lines added/deleted
• Repository names
• (Never code content)

Workouts:

• Type, duration, calories, distance
• Heart rate, cadence, pace, elevation
• GPS route coordinates

Tasks:

• Task titles, descriptions, due dates
• Projects, labels, completion status

Data Linked to Your Identity

The following data is linked to your account:

• Email address
• Health and fitness data
• Precise location (workout routes)
• Usage data (sessions, tasks)

No Tracking

We do not use your data for tracking purposes. Your data is not:

• Shared with advertising networks
• Used for targeted advertising
• Sold to data brokers
• Combined with third-party data

Deleting Your Data

• Individual items: Delete sessions or tasks anytime in the app
• Local data: Uninstalling removes photos and cached data
• Full account deletion: Email privacy@dropreceipts.com to delete your account and all server data

Security Measures

• TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Encryption at rest for cloud storage
• Row-level security policies
• Secure authentication via Supabase
